Administrative Departments

The administrative duties of our team are shared between four departments: Fund Raising (FR) , Public Relations (PR) , Information Technology (IT) and General Help (GH). Each department handles certain tasks.

• Fund Raising: The team responsible for finding and communicating with sponsors that can provide monetary help and/or products (e.g. food, beverages) or equipment (e.g. coffee machines, tables) that we can use during our events.

• Public Relations: This team is responsible for the public image and general outreach of our team. They handle the social media account of Young Minds (NTUA Section) and make posts before and after events to make sure the public is informed.

• Information Technology: Members of the IT department handle some more technical issues. For example, one of their responsibilities is updating and maintaining the Young Minds (NTUA Section) website. Another, is handling the recording and live transmission of talks during events.

• General Help: As the name entails the GH team can have a wide variety of responsibilities. From planning educational visits to research facilities and helping organize and run our events to contributing to any of the tasks of the other departments, they help wherever the need arises.
