Administrative Departments

The administrative duties of our team are shared between four departments: Fund Raising (FR) , Public Relations (PR) , Information Technology (IT) and Event Management (EM). Each department handles certain tasks.

• Fund Raising: The team responsible for finding and communicating with sponsors that can provide monetary help and/or products (e.g. food, beverages) or equipment (e.g. coffee machines, tables) that we can use during our events.

• Public Relations: This team is responsible for the public image and general outreach of our team. They handle the social media account of Young Minds NTUA Section and make posts before and after events to make sure the public is informed.

• Information Technology: Members of the IT department handle some more technical issues. For example, one of their responsibilities is updating and maintaining the Young Minds NTUA Section website. Another, is handling the recording and live transmission of talks during events.

• Event Management: The team responsible for organizing events such as seminars and visits to various institutions. Its main focus is our annual event called Physics Day.
